***This is a part-time position. Hours will be M, W, F – 20 hours. This position is a contract that will be 4-5 weeks*** Looking for someone who can commit to this schedule onsite in office, and duration of contract assignment. Start Date will be Wednesday 3/18.
Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
-
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
-
Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)

Assist with payroll processing
-
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
-
Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
Required Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
-
Strong understanding of accounting principles
-
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information
