Duration: Ongoing contract – 1+ year
Travel – Local travel will be needed- Must use own car. Mileage will be reimbursed.
* 2+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or service desk role
* Hands‑on experience with desktop and laptop deployment and refresh activities
* Experience supporting or administering MDM solutions for mobile or endpoint devices
* Proficiency working within ticketing systems to manage, track, and resolve incidents and requests
* Experience supporting common business applications and productivity tools
* Strong communication and customer service skills
