Location: 5 days/week on site Ridley Park, PA

This role owns the day‑to‑day operation, administration, and technical architecture of the company’s ERP and core IT systems. The IT Operations & ERP Manager serves as the internal expert for Epicor Prophet 21, manages outsourced MSP partners, and ensures systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone comfortable operating as both an ERP architect and IT manager.

Required

* 7+ years of progressive IT experience with strong ERP ownership
* Deep, hands‑on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is required
* Proven experience administering and architecting ERP systems
* Strong SQL skills, including reporting and database management
* Experience developing business logic and custom solutions using C#
* Demonstrated experience managing outsourced MSPs and third‑party vendors
* Prior leadership or people management experience
* Strong understanding of how ERP systems support inventory, purchasing, accounting, and operations
