Duration: 3+ month contract
IT Support Specialist (Service Desk)
The IT Support Specialist provides front‑line technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and access issues through a ticketing system. This role supports daily business operations by troubleshooting incidents, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and ensuring timely resolution of IT requests in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk roles
Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
Working knowledge of Active Directory user and group administration
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and documentation skills
Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving approach
