Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (3 days/week on site)
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data architecture solutions with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and ETL processes. This role will partner with business and technology teams to define data standards, ensure data quality, and enable scalable, governed data integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, models, and integration patterns
* Lead Master Data Management initiatives including customer, product, provider, or reference data domains
* Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support operational and analytical use cases
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Provide architectural guidance and oversight to ETL development teams
* Design data integration and data movement strategies across source systems, data warehouses, data lakes, and downstream consumers
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across integrated systems
* Support data lineage, metadata management, and impact analysis
* Collaborate with data governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies and standards
* Review and optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
* Document architecture decisions, data flows, and integration designs
Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in data architecture roles
* Hands-on experience with Master Data Management concepts and implementations
* Strong experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
* Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling
* Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design principles
* Experience working with data warehouses and/or data lake architectures
