Senior IBM BAM OE Engineer

Location: Remote EST
This role supports the Enterprise Decisioning and Automation team, designing and delivering scalable decision services using IBM BAM OE and modern microservices architectures. The position focuses on building, integrating, and deploying rule-based and AI-enabled solutions in cloud and containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop decision services using IBM BAM OE and Kogito/KEI services
* Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Quarkus
* Implement enterprise decision logic aligned with standard design patterns and architectures
* Integrate decision services with workflows and orchestration platforms
* Deploy and support solutions in cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
* Collaborate with infrastructure teams on containerized deployments and cloud optimization
* Support AI adoption initiatives within automation and decisioning platforms
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with IBM BAM OE
* Experience with Kogito/KEI services and decision-based architectures
* Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
* Hands-on development experience with Spring Boot and Quarkus
* Cloud experience in Azure and/or AWS environments
* Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
* General understanding of AI adoption and integration in enterprise platforms
