Position Summary

The Financial Analyst supports business decision‑making through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and performance evaluation. This role partners with accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders to analyze financial data, monitor trends, and deliver insights that drive strategic and operational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to support management decision‑making
  • Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing clear insights and recommendations
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning
  • Track actual performance versus budget and forecast
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports
  • Partner with systems and treasury teams to reconcile financial and banking activity as needed
  • Support ongoing improvements to financial tools, reporting processes, and data workflows
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with accounting, operations, treasury, and leadership teams
  • Prepare financial summaries and presentations for senior management
  • Support special financial projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong financial analysis and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, analysis, reporting)
  • Experience preparing financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
