Location: Hybrid Philadelphia – (1-2 days/week on site)

Duration: 12+ months

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple systems, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of integrated technology solutions, ensuring alignment across applications, infrastructure, and business operations.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects, including enterprise system implementations and integrations
* Coordinate work across internal teams (engineering, architecture, business stakeholders) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
* Own end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, and deployment
* Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
* Manage vendor relationships, including scope definition, deliverable tracking, and performance management
* Drive system integration efforts across platforms such as ERP, HRIS, finance, supply chain, and customer-facing applications
* Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and integration points
* Partner with technical teams to define APIs, data flows, and system interfaces
* Oversee testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing
* Ensure successful data migration, cutover planning, and production readiness
* Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and actionable project plans
* Maintain documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and integration mappings.

Required:

* 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management
* Proven experience managing multiple vendors and third-party partners
* Strong background in enterprise system integrations (ERP, HR systems, finance, supply chain, etc.)
* Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
* Hands-on experience managing integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive reporting
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
