Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Manage large-scale initiatives such as system implementations, data platform builds, migrations, and API integrations
  • Drive transformation projects that modernize systems, data architecture, and business processes
  • Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to align project objectives with operational goals
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in environments involving supply chain, operations, or manufacturing systems
  • Support data-related initiatives including data migration, integration, and validation activities, aligning with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries
  • Experience working within a private equity-backed organization (minimum $1B enterprise environment required)
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale technology initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with system implementations, migrations, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, data flows, and API-based integrations
