We are seeking a Project Manager to support a strategic initiative involving the enhancement and expansion of an existing application platform. This individual will oversee project execution, manage third-party vendor deliverables, track progress within ServiceNow, provide regular status updates, and coordinate across business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience leading vendor managed software development projects, a strong understanding of SDLC and application development, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while holding external partners accountable for successful delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in application/software development environments
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and vendor-led projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), particularly custom application development
  • Experience coordinating and managing deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to escalate risks/issues appropriately
  • Experience managing resources of 10+ individuals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience providing weekly status reporting and project tracking
  • Experience using ServiceNow for project tracking and management

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience on vendor-driven software implementation projects
  • Knowledge of custom application/platform development projects
  • Experience in sports-related organizations or projects
  • Experience supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
