Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM OR 3pm – 12am
Contract Duration: March 2, 2026 – July 31, 2026
Pay: $18-$20/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to support internal and external customer requests. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently

Research and analyze legal documents and entity status

Resolve issues or escalate when necessary

Track requests through completion and provide status updates

Navigate multiple systems and databases quickly and accurately

Collaborate with internal teams while working independently

Participate in process improvements and occasional special projects
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 4+ years of customer service, procurement, supply chain, or purchasing experience

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong analytical, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
