Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in project management with IT data warehouse, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms across multiple locations.
Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
Proficient in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools such as Wrike, MS Project, and Monday.com.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine both business and technical requirements.
Experience with translating requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring ongoing alignment with project milestones and objectives.
Ability to create and manage test cases, coordinate testing activities, validate deliverables, and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Experience with overseeing defect tracking and resolution, ensuring timely fixes and clear communication to all impacted teams.
Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate framework based on project needs.
Ability to contribute to PMO development, including refining governance standards, processes, and best practices.
Experience identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, managing issues proactively, and maintaining project stability.
Ability to provide regular status updates, including dashboards, progress reports, and executive‑level summaries tailored to various audiences.
Experience facilitating project meetings, driving clarity, alignment, and communication across cross‑functional teams.
Ability to manage release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring adherence to change control and compliance processes throughout delivery.
Desired Skills:
PMP Certification
Experience working in the hospitality industry.
Masters Degree in an IT
Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our enterprise client. Main responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring strong alignment with business goals. This role requires overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and requirement gathering in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders. The Project Manager will translate business and technical needs into actionable tasks, manage testing activities, track and resolve defects, and apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. They will contribute to PMO governance, proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth issue resolution. Additionally, the role includes managing release schedules and deployment plans, maintaining compliance with change control processes, and delivering clear communication through regular status updates, dashboards, executive summaries, and effective meeting facilitation.
