Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect working within Enterprise Architect module
- Proven experience implementing the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) module (formerly APM) from the ground up, including initial setup, configuration, and rollout
- Subject Matter Expert capable of coaching and advising stakeholders on proper system design, configuration, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with data entry, data governance, and integrations between EA and other ServiceNow modules
- Ability to act as a primary liaison and gatekeeper between the ServiceNow vendor and internal stakeholders (NSU), ensuring alignment and quality delivery
- Working knowledge of CMDB ServiceNow module
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certifications
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture SME to lead the implementation of the EA module for our enterprise client. This role will be responsible for system setup, data governance, integrations with other ServiceNow modules, and serving as the primary liaison between the ServiceNow vendor and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow expertise, preferably with AE and CMDB experience, and excels as a techno‑functional resource, specifically combining hands‑on technical skills with the ability to coach users, present effectively, and guide best‑practice adoption across the organization.
