Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar project support role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Project Managers with project coordination, scheduling, tracking, and documentation across multiple initiatives.
- Proven ability to track and manage hardware deployments, equipment procurement, shipping, and installations across distributed locations.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and supporting the resolution of project risks, issues, and change requests affecting scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ability to manage small projects independently and contribute to larger, more complex initiatives, including resource coordination and basic financial planning.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) with experience using project management tools preferred.
- Results‑oriented, highly organized team player with excellent communication, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company policies, methodologies, and values.
Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support infrastructure and field service operations across multiple locations for our enterprise client. This role is responsible for tracking hardware deployments, equipment procurement, shipping, and installations; maintaining project schedules and documentation; and supporting change requests impacting scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate daily activities, identify and address risks and issues, and ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, company policies, and delivery standards. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
