Required Skills:
5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience within complex, technology-driven environments.
Knowledge of IT products and services, including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, hardware, connectivity, software, and professional services.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses.
Strong negotiation skills with experience optimizing pricing, commercial terms, technology contracts, and total cost of ownership.
Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and executive-level communication skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide technical teams on security findings, remediation, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
Experience using AI tools.
Experience working in the hospitality industry.
Masters Degree in in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented IT Global Strategic Sourcing Manager. This resource will lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across a broad portfolio of technology products and services. This role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage competitive bid processes, negotiate supplier agreements, evaluate market and cost data, and build strategic vendor partnerships. The position will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional IT stakeholders to consolidate suppliers, reduce total cost of ownership, improve procurement performance, and deliver measurable value across the organization
