JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Finance and Sales Operations through reporting, analytics, and insights. This role works closely with Finance on a daily basis-translating business questions and reporting ideas into accurate, scalable data solutions.
You will identify where data lives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 / DFO), develop SQL queries, and deliver reports and dashboards-primarily in Power BI-that support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or forecasting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 / DFO), particularly financial data
- Strong Power BI experience building reports and dashboards
- Advanced SQL skills (writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries)
- Experience analyzing and validating financial and operational data
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools
DESIRED SKILLS
- Sales Operations experience
- Experience building and maintaining recurring reporting packages
- DevOps / CI-CD exposure for BI or data assets
- SAP experience in addition to D365
- Ad hoc analysis for key initiatives
- Experience optimizing and consolidating existing reports and dashboards
