Required Skills:

- Equipment, dealership, or inventory-based business experience
- Dealer licensing, rebates, and compliance reporting
- Contract processing and finance documentation
- Inventory and floorplan reconciliation experience
- Experience working with tax-exempt customers and Net30 accounts
Job Description:
This role serves as the sole Office Manager and Accounting Administrator for a small organization, owning all day-to-day office operations and accounting functions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience handling accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, vendor management, and check runs, while also managing general office administration such as phone coverage, document organization, compliance filings, and internal coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently as the primary administrative and accounting resource. Experience in equipment- or inventory-driven businesses, dealership environments, contract processing, rebates, Positive Pay, and customer billing is highly preferred. Success in this role depends on being technologically savvy, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting finance, inventory, sales, and leadership functions in a fast-moving, hands-on, on-site environment.
