Position Summary
A Beacon Hill client is looking to add a Bookkeeper to their finance team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role was created due to immediate team need. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting support responsibilities.
Schedule
- Contract to hire
- Onsite M-F
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journal entries
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and vendor management
- Support month-end close and basic financial reporting
- Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized bookkeeping files and supporting documentation
