We are seeking an OT Network Engineer (and Senior) to play a hands-on role in supporting and expanding secure, reliable operational technology networks across its manufacturing sites. This position focuses on ensuring critical network connectivity that keeps production running efficiently, while partnering closely with IT, automation, and cybersecurity teams. The role offers the opportunity to work with advanced industrial networking technologies, contribute to digital manufacturing initiatives, and make a direct impact on plant operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role can sit in Greensburg, IN or Jackson, TN.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years network administration experience, including 2+ years in OT/industrial networks
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on network support experience
- Understanding of OT vs. IT networking differences
- Experience with OT networking components (switches, firewalls, monitoring)
- Knowledge of industrial network connectivity (production/plant systems)
- CCNA certification
- Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, PROFINET, CIP, DNP3)
- Ability to work onsite in plant environments and collaborate with operations teams
Desired Skills:
- Cisco industrial networking (Industrial Ethernet, Firepower, ISE, Catalyst Center)
- Exposure to Fortinet environments
- Zabbix monitoring experience
- SCADA experience
- OT security tools (Cyber Vision, Stealthwatch)
- Purdue Model knowledge (Level 1-3 depending on seniority)
- Experience with IEC standards (60870-5-101/104, 61850)
- CCNP or advanced certifications
- Experience supporting multi-site OT environments
