We are supporting a Behavioral Hospital nearby with their search for a Therapist for their Outpatient Services team working onsite while conducting virtual group sessions.
Here are the key details:
- Role: Program Therapist – Outpatient Services (Virtual/Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-8:00pm
- Pay: $28.85-$33.17/hr
- Caseload: 3 group sessions per day, 10-12 patients per group
- Responsibilities: Group facilitation, documentation/charting, scheduling follow-up appointments, supporting IOP and inpatient as needed
- Requirements: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or CADC; Master’s in Social Work or related field; CPI & CPR (or willingness to obtain); strong time management and confidence in group facilitation
