Senior Accountant

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable accounting professional to support our finance team. This individual will assist with key accounting functions including account reconciliations, month-end close, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior accounting or finance experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
• Support accounts payable activities as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
