Beacon Hill is seeking a junior to mid-level Products Litigation Attorney as a direct placement at a San Diego-based law firm to join its warranty litigation practice. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers and distributors. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California bar and reside in California.
An attorney can work fully remotely in CA or on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large docket of consumer warranty litigation matters from start to finish
* Take ownership of case strategy, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions and handling all aspects of discovery
* Work closely with team leadership and institutional clients to manage risk and achieve favorable outcomes
* Appear in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
* Lead settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve cases efficiently
