Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable investment firm in Milwaukee. We are currently hiring a Trade Operations Associate.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Execute and allocate trades across portfolios
- Manage post-trade processing and settlements
- Perform high-volume reconciliations
- Handle trade breaks and fails, including root cause analysis
- Work with custodians and brokers to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor end-to-end trade flow and ensure accurate settlement
- Support FX processing and cash movements
- Maintain trade and settlement data integrity
