Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Georgia-licensed Trusts & Estates/Probate Attorney for a part-time, fully remote opportunity with our client. Candidates can expect to commit 5-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant Georgia Trusts & Estates experience. Essential duties include:
* Draft and annotate pleadings and other documents related to probate administration
* Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on Trusts & and Estates topics
* Draft checklists, charts, and other how-to guidance on Trusts & Estates matters
* Supplement existing documents with Georgia-specific practical guidance based on state law, local custom, and legal practice experience
