Beacon Hill is partnering with a nationally respected boutique regulatory practice to support the growth of its healthcare compliance team in Washington, D.C. The practice is well-known for advising life sciences companies on nuances compliance and enforcement-adjacent issues at the intersection of healthcare regulation and government oversight.
This position centers on advisory and counseling work for phamaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies on matters ivnolving fraud and abuse, pricing and reimbursement programs, and industry code compliance. Associates are embedded in small, collaborative teams, assume real responsibility early, and work closely with senior attorneys on complex, consequential compliance matters.
Successful candidates will bring prior exposure to healthcare regulatory or compliance work, developed in a law firm, governmet, or in-house setting. The group is open to attorneys across a range of experience levels who are interested in develioing a durable compliance practice. Strong writing and judgment are critical; applicants with government backgrounds are welcome, and a genuine interest in private practice work is key.
