Temporary Executive Assistant (Leave Coverage)
Fully Onsite | Saint Louis Park, MN
Full-Time | June 15 – November 9, 2026
Beacon Hill’s client in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking an experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to provide leave coverage supporting the CEO (and COO as needed). This onsite role begins June 15 with a two‑week training overlap before leave starts and runs through early November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy Outlook calendar management for senior leadership
- High‑volume email management on behalf of the CEO
- Draft professional correspondence and exercise sound judgment
- Coordinate meetings, Microsoft Teams calls, and materials
- Arrange hotels and rental cars (minimal air travel)
- Support planning for:
- July retreat (largely pre‑planned)
- Fall Directors Meeting (100 attendees, October)
- Board meetings (limited, date‑dependent)
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Standard hours: 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
- Overtime rarely required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of prior experience supporting senior‑level or C‑suite executives
- Strong written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDFs
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and discreet
- Professional services background preferred
