A fast‑growing litigation group is seeking a mid‑level associate (4+ years) to join a standout partner who is actively and intentionally building out their New York practice. This is a rare opportunity to align yourself early with a partner on the rise, someone who is expanding their book, growing their presence in the market, and looking to bring the right associate along as the practice scales. The role can be based in Cherry Hill, NJ or New York, with the work primarily supporting the New York based partner, supplemented by matters from other litigation partners as the group continues to grow.
This position offers real ownership of work, close day‑to‑day mentorship, and the excitement of helping build something meaningful.
