Assignment Details
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No work on Fridays)
Duration: Contract, approximately 6 months
Parking: Free parking onsite
Work Environment: On-site
Team Size: Small team environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Administrative & Data Support
- Enter claims data and maintain accurate documentation across internal systems
- Convert documents into PDF format and organize files in electronic systems
- Download and manage data from Excel databases for follow-up and tracking
- Maintain both electronic and manual filing systems
Document Preparation
- Assemble onboarding and class packets for incoming groups
- Organize and prepare documents for internal processes and recordkeeping
Office Support
- Assist with occasional office coordination tasks such as ordering lunches and preparing meeting spaces
- Help support internal meetings or busy office periods when additional administrative support is needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Excel experience including filtering and VLOOKUP
- Comfortable managing data across systems
Experience & Traits
- Entry-level administrative or office experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
