Biologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Biologist to support laboratory operations within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented scientific environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong academic foundation in the life sciences who are eager to apply their knowledge in a hands‑on laboratory setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Accurately document experimental data and maintain records within laboratory databases
• Support day‑to‑day lab operations, including sample handling and preparation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production and project timelines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, cellular biology, or a related field is required
• Experience working in a laboratory environment is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and manage data
• Database experience and comfort working with electronic systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sterile technique experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work up to a 40‑hour week, with shift times at the discretion of the manager based on production needs
