Role Overview
This contract, individual-contributor role supports graduate and online enrollment marketing programs within a higher-education environment. The focus is on hands-on execution, project management, and day-to-day delivery across digital enrollment marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of digital marketing performance across paid and owned channels (search, social, display, and email), as well as oversight of lead generation, inquiry management, and application conversion strategies.
- Serve as a key leader in CRM operations (Slate), ensuring effective use of automation, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize the prospective student journey.
- Monitor performance metrics, forecasting enrollment, and quickly identifying and implementing strategies to improve yield and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration with academic program leadership, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, as well as the ability to step into an existing structure and provide immediate leadership, stability, and direction
Work Experience:
- Minimum five years’ direct experience in enrollment marketing in a competitive, higher ed environment.
- Experience building and maintaining an infrastructure in support of enrollment marketing activities, including plan development, vendor management, data storage and analysis, and funnel management/tracking.
- The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an operational executor, with demonstrated experience managing enrollment targets in higher education or a similar B2C environment.
- Experience with online education, digital marketing analytics, and enrollment management systems is strongly preferred, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Technical marketing skills;
- experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- website development and maintenance experience, including proficiency in HTML and content management systems.
