We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. This is not a support or order-taking role. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can engage business stakeholders, translate complex and ambiguous challenges into practical Oracle solutions, and drive decisions.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing implementations. This individual should be comfortable leading executive-level design discussions while also supporting configuration and validation activities. The role requires proactively identifying risks, proposing solutions, and holding vendors and offshore teams accountable for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Engagement:
- Lead complex business discussions, design sessions, and solution workshops independently
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations
- Translate business requirements into actionable Oracle Fusion solution designs
- Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders
- Identify risks and gaps early and propose mitigation strategies
- Represent IT in cross-functional and executive-level forums
Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing implementations (AS-IS to TO-BE, configuration, testing, and go-live)
- Serve as Functional Lead across core SCM and Manufacturing modules
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and validation sessions
- Drive gap analysis and solution design decisions
- Oversee data conversion strategy and execution
- Lead QA/UAT testing cycles and defect resolution
- Deliver end-user training programs
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of Oracle Applications SCM/Manufacturing experience
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and structure business requirements
- Experience managing vendor and offshore resources
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated industries preferred

- Cost & Receipt Accounting (Subledger Accounting)
- Order Management (Order to Cash)
- Supply Chain Financial Orchestration
- Quality Management
Core Business Processes:
- Order to Cash
- Build to Stock / Discrete Manufacturing
- Inventory Management & Supply Planning
- Manufacturing (BOM, Work Definition, Master Data)
- Subledger Accounting
- SDLC / Change Control
Technical Skills:
- PL/SQL
- OIC / APEX
- Oracle File Based Data Load (FBDI)
- OBIEE
- AI Agent Studio
- Redwood
Preferred:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification
- PMP Certification
- Exposure to Procurement, Payables, and Supplier Master (not primary focus)
Industry Experience:
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Medical Devices preferred
- Automotive, High-Tech Manufacturing, or CPG considered secondary
