Leasing Consultant (Commercial Real Estate)
Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a Lease Administration Coordinator to support a large commercial real estate portfolio by managing lease documentation, financial reviews, and tenant communications. This role is critical to ensuring lease accuracy, compliance, and proper financial obligations across leased and owned properties.
The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial leasing, tenant services, or property management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-time, Contract‑to‑Perm
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Target Salary (Perm): $55,000-$57,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Assignment Dates: May 11, 2026 – November 30, 2026
Start Date: After interview
Key Responsibilities
Lease Administration & Document Management
- Maintain and organize all lease, sublease, and property documentation
- Abstract and update lease data within internal systems
- Review estoppels and SNDA agreements to ensure alignment with lease terms
- Manage document storage, scanning, and file retrieval processes
Financial Review & Reconciliation
- Review landlord invoices against lease terms and verify accuracy of charges
- Analyze CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations
- Identify discrepancies and manage dispute resolution with landlords
- Ensure proper financial obligations are met and documented
Tenant & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate regularly with tenants, landlords, and internal teams
- Provide updates on critical dates, obligations, and inquiries
- Support property managers with daily tenant and lease-related needs
Subtenant & Portfolio Coordination
- Manage subtenant processes including rent collection and invoice pass-through
- Track lease-related obligations and ensure timely follow-up
- Support portfolio-level reporting and project tracking
Reporting & Process Support
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports
- Identify savings opportunities and flag discrepancies
- Support development and updates of process documentation and playbooks
- Assist with special projects and portfolio initiatives as needed
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Lease administration and document management systems
Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, property management, or tenant services
- Experience reviewing leases, financial reconciliations, and tenant obligations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google tools
