Our client, an aerospace technology company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Sterling, Virginia.

About The Job:

  • Serve as front desk point of contact and manage visitor access/security procedures
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, vendors, and kitchen upkeep
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and office logistics
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Assist with company events and general administrative projects

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $30-$36/hr
  • Perm Salary Range: $70K-80K
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 100% onsite
