Must Haves:
* 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
* Strong expertise in AI products, including agentic systems, LLM-based workflows, and AI-powered user experiences
* Experience defining platform strategy and coordinating across multiple workstreams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
* Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision

Day to Day:
The Senior PM – AI Platform owns the connective tissue of our AI-powered legal drafting product. This person drives the core platform experience – defining how our platform integrates with agentic AI systems, coordinates across three product workstreams, and ensures the product vision holds together end to end. This role is directly tied to critical H2 deliverables including an AI rebranding initiative and a Protege Drafting Agent integration.
