Long Term Contract Billing Specialist Opportunity- Pay up to $23/HR (DOE)
Details:
* 100% onsite in Mendota Heights
* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
* Pay up to $23/hr
* Collaborative, heads-down work environment
* Looking for someone with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and editing invoices for pricing and sales tax accuracy
* Generating invoices and credit memos
* Assisting with customer billing questions
* Supporting research for short pay/past due accounts
* Working closely with accounting and operations teams
