Our client in the Fort Worth, TX area is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join their team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- 4+ years of law firm or CPA billing experience
- Prior electronic billing experience required
- Prepare and review prebills and invoices with attorneys
- Edit and finalize bills to meet client billing guidelines
- Manage a high volume of invoices with strong accuracy
- Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and client portals
- Respond to billing questions and support collections efforts
- Work closely with attorneys and clients on billing matters
