Administrative Assistant
Location: Burnsville, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Regular business hours
Pay Rate: $22-$27 per hour
Long term contract with opportunity to extend and become temp-to-hire.
About the Role
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support business operations and special projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating administrative activities, managing project-related tasks, and providing day‑to‑day office support to leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and execute assigned projects from initiation through completion
- Collect, organize, and analyze information to support reports, projects, and operational activities
- Track project progress, maintain status updates, and communicate timelines and changes to stakeholders
- Review project needs, identify issues or risks, and escalate findings as appropriate
- Adjust schedules and priorities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Resolve problems independently and follow tasks through to completion
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Highly self‑motivated with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead
- Excellent time management and planning capabilities
Core Competencies
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn additional internal systems
- General understanding of organizational goals and business operations
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of administrative, office, or related professional experience
