We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Clerical Administrator to support daily office operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role will play an important part in maintaining efficient administrative workflows, supporting team members, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple functions. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Front‑office coordination such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Scheduling and calendar management for meetings, interviews, and team activities
- Document control including organizing, updating, and distributing forms, reports, and office documentation
- Support for HR and recruiting through onboarding packet preparation, new‑hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
- Data entry and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of administrative and operational information
- Supply management including ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support for leadership with administrative tasks, communication, and project coordination
- Compliance support through accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Cross‑department collaboration to ensure smooth communication and workflow across teams
