Medical Device Cyber Security Program Manager

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Cybersecurity program management
- Healthcare IT / Clinical Engineering with leadership responsibilities
- Experience leading enterprise-wide or multi-site programs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Medical device ecosystems and clinical workflows
- Vulnerability management and risk frameworks
- Regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA guidance)
Preferred:
- Experience within a large integrated delivery network (IDN).
- Familiarity with IoMT security platforms (e.g., Cynerio, Medigate).
- Knowledge of CMMS/CMDB integration and data governance.
- Networking knowledge (segmentation, zero trust, VLANs).
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, HCISPP, or CISM.
