Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager for an onsite, temporary (1-3 months +/-) position with our client in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours. Both attorneys and non-attorneys are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of relevant contracts management experience, ideally in the food and beverage or hospitality industries. Essential duties involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, Vendor Agreements, Leases, and Procurement Agreements.
