Product Manager – Retail Inventory & Replenishment

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end retail inventory and replenishment operations, ensuring optimal stock levels aligned with demand forecasts
- Review and approve daily replenishment activities and support execution of replenishment processes as needed
- Partner with planning teams to validate and adjust forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and business needs
- Analyze sales, inventory, and performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members to improve product availability and overall customer experience
