Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court dockets
- Prepare and coordinate expert and fact depositions
- Draft, respond to, and organize discovery materials
- File motions and other pleadings with the court
- Manage and disseminate large volumes of case-wide documents
- Coordinate with co-counsel and leadership teams in consolidated actions
- Support bellwether trial selection and preparation, including client communication and file development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal or prior legal office experience a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Litify/Salesforce is a plus
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to handle large datasets and complex subject matter

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $63,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off
Work Arrangement
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
