Senior Corporate Counsel – Internet and Technology Contracts

We’re partnering with an internet infrastructure and technology company to add a senior attorney to its in-house legal team at the Director level, supporting a mix of commercial and procurement work.

This role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex agreements (technology, SaaS, licensing, vendor contracts, etc.) and advising business leaders on risk, product initiatives, marketing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience, ideally in-house in a tech or internet-focused company
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience
• Background in technology transactions, licensing, and vendor agreements
• Excellent writing capabilities
• Prior experience managing others is a plus
• Comfortable advising senior stakeholders

Hybrid role with at least two days per week in-office in Reston, Virginia.
