Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Position Overview: The Leasing Specialist is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting in-person tours, and supporting occupancy goals. This role also contributes to marketing efforts, resident experience, and overall community presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-person tours for prospective residents and encourage application submissions
- Maintain and manage tour scheduling tools and calendars to ensure accurate availability
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Address inquiries and concerns while providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth leasing experience
- Utilize property management systems and digital tools to track leads, manage applications, and maintain records
- Monitor occupancy trends and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong community visibility
- Assist with the move-in process in partnership with internal teams to ensure a positive resident experience
- Coordinate and support resident engagement activities and community initiatives
- Respond to and resolve resident concerns in a timely, solution-oriented manner
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the overall appearance and curb appeal of the community
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, and digital tools)
- Comfortable using computer software and mobile devices
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance, or reliable transportation required
