Title: MLR Operations Print & Fulfillment Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA

Onsite Requirements: Remote with quarterly visit to Cambridge office

Duration: 6+ months with potential to extend

Contract Manager, MLR Operations – Print & Fulfillment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end print production and fulfillment for approved commercial and medical materials
  • Oversee print management system/portal and drive enhancements to streamline ordering and delivery
  • Act as primary point of contact for print requests, providing guidance and maintaining status reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to support material review processes
  • Lead vendor relationships, including sourcing bids, negotiating pricing, and ensuring cost-effective, sustainable solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert for print operations, developing documentation and best practices
  • Train internal teams on print processes and ensure consistent execution across stakeholders
  • Manage proofing, printing, and fulfillment workflows, including high-volume conference materials and product updates
  • Handle field inquiries related to approved print materials and fulfillment status
  • Generate reporting and insights on operational performance and process improvements
  • Support broader material review operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in print operations, fulfillment, or material review within regulated industries preferred
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., document/asset platforms)
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
