About the Company:
A family-owned real estate company specializing in property ownership, leasing, and management. The company manages its own portfolio and handles legal processes, including evictions, in-house. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a close-knit team environment.
Position Overview:
The Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the two owners and assist their property managers with day-to-day property management operations. This role requires someone who can multitask, take initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the two owners
- Assist property managers with tenant and property-related matters
- Coordinate rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances re residential properties
- Handle tenant communications and resolve property-related issues
- Assist with eviction processes (training provided if needed)
- Prepare and manage legal documents related to evictions
- Perform e-filing in state court (required)
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in all tasks to avoid costly errors
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in Property Management
- Knowledge of eviction processes preferred (training available)
- Experience with e-filing in state court strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Based on experience

- No formal benefits currently offered; potential stipend for health insurance may be considered
Additional Notes:
- This is a fully on-site role (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM)
