Payroll Specialists! We have a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a long-term client of ours located near the Tigard area. This Payroll Specialist role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys detailed payroll processing, has strong follow-through, and likes being part of a collaborative team.
As the Payroll Specialist, you would help support:
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
- Researching and resolving payroll questions
- Communicating with employees and internal teams
- Payroll reporting and related follow-up
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Various related payroll duties and projects as needed
This is a great opportunity with a stable company and a supportive payroll team. This is a hybrid position, so you would work both onsite and from home during the week.
To be considered for this specific position, you would need:
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Multi-state or multi-region payroll experience preferred
- Payroll system experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A customer service mentality and willingness to pick up the phone when needed
