Boutique Law Firm – Litigation Attorney

A growing Boca Raton law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a collaborative and expanding practice.

The firm focuses primarily on civil litigation, business law, probate, and real estate matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s partners on a variety of sophisticated litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct all phases of discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Assist with case strategy and preparation
• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
