A highly regarded IP boutique in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a junior patent associate or agent to join its patent prosecution practice supporting cutting-edge work in chemistry and life sciences. This role offers hands-on experience working with inventors and in-house teams on small molecule and pharmaceutical technologies, including drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications and contributing to portfolio strategy in a collaborative, technically sophisticated environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensure with USPTO
- At least 1 year of small molecule patent prosecution experience
- Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
