A growing Triangle law firm founded by former BigLaw attorneys is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team. This position offers exposure to sophisticated commercial, business, and IP-related disputes, significant federal court work, direct partner interaction, and meaningful responsibility from the outset.
The firm is known for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial environment, realistic billable expectations, strong bonus opportunities, and commitment to attorney development through formal mentorship programs. No bureaucracy, no micromanagement, and a true “no jerk” culture.
Qualified candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience and strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
